Purchasing and Logistics Associate – Furniture Industry

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Purchasing and Logistics Associate with 8+ years of experience in the furniture industry. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, timely delivery, and compliance with trade regulations. The ideal candidate will also contribute to profitability and project analysis, and be proficient in using Malaysia's ePCO Portal for trade documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

Purchasing :

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for furniture materials (e.g., wood, metal, upholstery) and finished products.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier contracts, and cost analysis submissions.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to align procurement with product specifications.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
