Job descriptionThe Role : Engineer II, Industrial Engineering Execute ad-hoc tasks and assignments as needed to support strategic and operational goals. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Industrial Engineering, with a strong foundation in core concepts and tools.Practical knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing methodologies; experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives is a strong advantage. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and organizational levels. Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders in dynamic, fast-paced settings. Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while managing multiple priorities effectively.
