Are you a results-driven retail leader with a passion for delivering performance, operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams? We’re looking for a Senior Area Manager to take charge of a thriving retail business, elevate store operations, and drive consistent sales growth across multiple outlets.

What You’ll Do :

Deliver on Set Targets and KPIs

  • Drive profitability by achieving P&L and KPI targets across stores (Conversion Rate, UPT, ATV, sales per sqm / hour)
  • Boost comp store sales through SMART goal-setting and local execution of retail plans
  • Monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvement strategies
  • Manage OPEX with a focus on controlling personnel expenses

Operations Excellence & Store Management

  • Implement global and regional operational tools, policies, and standards
  • Ensure smooth execution of store openings, closings, relocations, and upgrades
  • Lead inventory processes, manage shrinkage, and uphold loss prevention standards
  • Oversee execution of VM guidelines and in-store customer experience programs (CloudCherry, Capillary)
  • Train, coach, and upskill store and area managers in line with global standards
  • Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with retail training, marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams
  • Execute international retail initiatives, customizing them to local needs
  • Process Improvement

  • Champion best practices and drive strategic operational improvements across the retail network
  • Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and retain a strong store leadership pipeline
  • Identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles
  • Partner with Retail Training to ensure impactful staff development programs
  • What You’ll Need :

  • Proven experience in multi-store retail management (ideally in fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle brands)
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering results
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with global retail standards, VM, inventory, and training programs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
