Project Manager, Fit Out - Office Space (Semiconductor / Advanced Manufacturing)

Job description for a Project Manager overseeing fit-out projects in office spaces within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments. Responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery in line with client specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution : Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
• Technical Oversight : Oversee the design and installation of MEP systems, office finishes, and process utilities in compliance with GMP, ISO, or semiconductor standards.
• Budget & Cost Control : Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Quality & Compliance : Ensure all works comply with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 14644, GMP, FM Global) and internal QA / QC protocols.
• Risk & Change Management : Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage change orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Reporting & Documentation : Provide regular progress reports, maintain project documentation, and ensure proper handover upon completion.
