Job Summary

Responsible for leading production workers and ensuring smooth operations at the assigned workstation. Oversees daily output and quality, enforces safety, maintains housekeeping standards, and performs other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production workers at the assigned workstation or process.
• Monitor workstation or process operation to achieve daily production target and quality standard.
• Enforce work safety in the work area.
• Maintain good housekeeping at the work area all the time.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
