Service Advisor, Body

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to support and enhance Body & Paint operations.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding motor claim procedures, repair costs, factory warranties, and related concerns.
• Assess vehicle damage and provide accurate repair estimates for both insurance and self-paying customers.
• Clearly explain cost estimates and keep customers informed of repair progress and timelines.
• Conduct professional service handovers by explaining completed jobs, charges incurred, and post-repair care, including follow-ups where necessary.
• Liaise with insurance companies to negotiate claims and ensure timely invoicing.
• Prepare and submit supplementary claims when additional repairs are required.
• Coordinate effectively with the Job Controller on parts availability and repair lead times to provide accurate delivery commitments to customers.
• Advise customers on completed work, final charges, and vehicle collection schedules.
• Proactively promote and upsell suitable car accessories and value-added services to customers.
• Strive to meet or exceed Body & Paint sales targets, job intake goals, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Support additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
