Job description

Your tasks

Support sales teams and customers by providing technical expertise in the design, specification, and analysis of pipework systems for piping projects (chemical compatibility, pipe sizing, flow rate, pressure rating, jointing requirement)
Responsible for delivering proposals, quotations, and engineering designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements
Involve in stress analysis, material selection, and system optimization, either independently or
by leveraging on the global engineering team
Execute and collaborate with fabrication team in ensuring project delivery is a success. This include
site support as when required

To communicate with various internal departments (procurement, finance, warehouse, sales team etc.) to facilitate project related works.

Your profile

Degree holder in mechanical / chemical or related engineering field.

Strong knowledge in fluid dynamic and its basic concepts (flow rate, pressure loss, friction loss, pipe stress).

Prior knowledge in piping application is an advantage

Able to read drawing & extract BQ from drawing.

Proficient in Naviswork, AutoCAD 2D / 3D. Ability to model in Revit and Plant 3D would be an added advantage.

Willing to continuously learn and improve and work as a team player.

Able to perform and complete task within tight schedule.

Organize and detail oriented.

Prior experience in HVAC / Cooling, Microelectronics, Water Treatment, Data Centre application would be an advantage.
