Role Overview
In this role, you will act as a technical interface between customers, design institutes, and internal teams. You will conduct product presentations, organize technical seminars, and ensure customer requirements are fully understood and translated into optimized solutions. The position involves close collaboration with engineering, product management, and sales support teams to deliver high-quality technical responses and documentation. Key tasks include preparing quotations and tender documents, finalizing technical scopes for sales contracts, managing purchase orders with manufacturing sites, validating order confirmations, and ensuring data accuracy. You will also provide technical support throughout the order cycle and assist the sales organization whenever required. Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or Petrochemical (or related discipline). 5–7 years’ experience in the process industry, ideally with exposure to end users, EPC / design institutes, or equipment suppliers. Strong knowledge of control valves, actuators, and positioners. Proficiency in valve sizing and selection. Familiarity with CRM / SRM systems and EPC workflow would be an advantage. Strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Team-oriented with a proactive, positive mindset. Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms). Excellent communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
