- Representing the agency, you are responsible for whole recruitment process i.e. talent search, screen, select and assess candidates aiming to shortlist most suitable candidates to match the job roles required for our clients
- Develop new clients account through telephone calls and emails
- To work with clients and build relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their organisation culture, recruitment needs and preferences
- Study the job order to gain industrial specific understanding and survey hiring trends prior to talent search
- Draft and prepare job advertisement appropriately in agency portal, major job portals / medias sto attract suitable candidates
- Search candidate databases to find the right person for required vacancy
- Data entry of candidates data and job orders into ATS
- Conduct interviews online or in person, and prepare CV of shortlisted candidates for submission and introduction to clients
- Coordinate recruitment process between candidates and clients i.e interview scheduling, reference check, negotiating and finalising arrangement between candidates and clients.
- Follow up on billings and payment
- Work and interact closely with team members to enhance customer relationship management and successful closing
Requirements :
Preferably Diploma / Degree holders in any field. Your tertiary or technical background will be an advantage and a fast learning factors in the assigned recruitment activitiesCandidates who are comfortable with commission incomePrevious recruitment experience will be an advantageExperience in sales admin, marketing or customer-oriented role is acceptablePossess the ability to handle multiple priorities and have sense of urgencyDetail oriented and meticulousExcellent interpersonal and communication skills especially both spoken and written EnglishDiscipline, result driven and possess good negotiating skillMature and confident personality with good sense of responsibility and integrityCommitted to official working hours of agency while having flexibility in work environment and time managementGood in MS Office application and tech savvy especially internet search skillRemuneration is commission based with sales and admin support by the agencyOur agency offers flexible work arrangement / telecommuting where successful candidates would be able to work from her base professionally.
