The primary role is to deliver sales targets and KPIs for the assigned accounts. This is accomplished by working with the Sales Supervisor to deliver excellence in the sales fundamentals (Coverage, Distribution, Visibility, Merchandising & Pricing). In addition, he / she must ensure the responsibility of timely payment collection from customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
- Oversee the entire sales process, including inventory checks, merchandising, addressing customer concerns, proposing promotions, negotiating deals, executing sales, collecting payments, and following up after sales, such as handling returns.
- Responsible deliver of superior in-store presence to improve distribution, visibility, merchandising and pricing execution.
- Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Responsible for payment and collections to ensure payments are collected promptly.
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities and reporting regularly to the Sales Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum SPM / Diploma holder.Candidate must possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience for Sales Representative.Preference shall be given to those who have FMCG experience.Must be a self-starter and result-oriented.Possesses own car and valid driving license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
