Description
- Lead and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Develop and monitor budgets, providing analysis to support decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management and financial forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial data.
- Review of manufacturing variances on a monthly basis and discuss with the Plant Director on action plans, if any.
- Performs / coordinate reviews of company internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX requirements including a full segregation of duties analysis.
- Support external audits and manage relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies.
