Position overview

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Intern to join our GBS IT team! Your responsibilities as an It Service Desk Intern include supporting the day-to-day technical operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services.

Responsibilities

Assist in providing technical support for various IT systems, applications, and assets.
Aid in the registration processes, categorization, and execution of user requests, while ensuring control of request execution.
Support the development of documentation processes to streamline IT operations.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of IT processes & procedures.
Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency.

Required skills and experience

Interns who can commit to a minimum 6-month internship are highly preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

High sense of responsibility and analytical thinking

Enthusiasm for learning and improving technical skills

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any IT field
