Your Role : Retail Supervisor – Timberland Malaysia

As a Timberland Retail Supervisor, you're more than a team leader — you’re a mentor, a motivator, and a brand ambassador. You’ll be instrumental in driving operational excellence, inspiring your team, and delivering an unmatched customer experience grounded in the Timberland values of craftsmanship, sustainability, and authenticity. Specifically, we are looking for people that are located around Design Village Outlet Mall, Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA, Mid Valley Southkey JB, Sunway Pyramid & KLCC.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead the Team, Elevate the Experience

• Coach, motivate, and develop a team of Retail Associates to meet sales goals and service standards
• Lead by example on the floor — from customer engagement to product storytelling
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
