This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP FI Module solutions. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions : Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
  • Advise clients on industry / cross‑industry leading practices and on SAP recommended processes and functions
  • Design target state SAP solutions for clients, influencing clients’ thinking in adopting leading / standard practices while developing the target state
  • Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to the SAP solution
  • Perform SAP configuration and tests; develop specifications for development of forms, reports and interfaces
  • Lead the consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration and cut‑over
  • Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cut‑over
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    • Requirements

  • A good honours degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines
  • Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology
  • Consultant will require a minimum of 3‑6 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management module as a team member , preferably with 2‑3 end‑to‑end full life‑cycle implementations in Master Data Management (PLM, SAP ect.) FIN or SCM
  • SAP S / 4 HANA experience is an advantage
  • Demonstrated success in a multi‑cultural work environment
  • Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices in the area of focus
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English to build relationships and work closely with client stakeholders
  • Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design
  • Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solutions
  • Sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities
  • Willingness to work outside of office base and most of all
  • An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a prerequisite to fit our short‑term and long‑term project assignment
