Job Description

Develop and optimize surface treatment processes for various materials, ensuring desired properties like corrosion resistance, wear resistance, or aesthetic.
Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Monitor process performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards related to surface treatment processes, such as environmental regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., materials engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering) or a related field.

Strong understanding of various surface treatment techniques, including plating, coating, anodizing, and passivation.

Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions for process problems.

Ability to manage projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
