Oversee the entire sales order process from start to finish. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to our workflows, including order collection, data entry in SAP, and financial follow-up.
Maintain and manage a high standard of data accuracy in our sales systems. Your leadership will ensure all sales reports are reliable and all records are meticulously kept.
Act as a key liaison between the sales team, finance, and other departments. You will ensure seamless communication and coordination to resolve issues and drive efficiency.
Use your expertise to handle complex customer complaints and resolve any operational bottlenecks, ensuring our team provides excellent after-sales support.
Job Requirements :
At least more than 6 years of proven experience in a sales administration or operations role
A strong understanding of the entire sales process, from quotation to payment.
Expertise in administrative recordkeeping and proficiency in using an ERP system like SAP.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
Must have good Chinese communication skills as this role requires to liaise with stakeholders from China
