Cost Controller

The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring and controlling food, beverage and operational costs across all outlets and the central kitchen. This role works closely with outlet managers, chefs and the finance team to ensure accurate costing, effective inventory management and healthy profit margins.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily F&B costs and analyze variances against budgets and standards.
- Review recipe costing, portion control, and yield management to ensure consistency and profitability.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Support budgeting and forecasting with cost analysis and financial reports.
- Prepare cost reports, profitability analyses, and management dashboards.
- Evaluate supplier pricing, assist in procurement decisions, and enforce cost control procedures.
- Provide actionable insights to management to improve margins and cost efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in cost control within the F&B or hospitality industry.Strong understanding of food costing, inventory control, and purchasing processes.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with POS / inventory systems.Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outlets effectively.Seniority level
