Job Descripon :

Liaise with clients from Malaysia, Singapore (Email and phone calls)
Coordinate with admin teams to ensure quality service for clients
Review clients' feedback and implemen$ng necessary changes
Maintain meaningful rela$onships with exis$ng clients to ensure that they are retained
Key in all report in CRM Program

Requirement :

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Possesses Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent

Those who have extensive experience in Sales / Customer Service are desired

Client oriented mindset

Outspoken and friendly personality

Must be able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
