Responsibilities
Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Building client sales pipeline through alternate sources for Contract Staffing business.
Attend to the client enquiries via email or calls by providing them the quote with our services.
Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.
Must be willing / able to travel from project to project throughout the country and inform the head office about the latest international or local job requirement they have.
Visiting clients when needed for face-to-face understanding of the requirement.
Working closely with the Recruitment Team to periodically review the recruitment process, increase sourcing efficiency.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably majoring in Business Management / Marketing.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a sales role.
Proven track record of sales achievements.
Great networker with a list of potential clients.
Preferably someone from the recruitment industry
Someone involved in sales that require contract / project tendering and connects with the Procurement PIC will be preferred too.
Excellent command of English.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Positive mindset, persistent, sales-oriented, and a self-starter.
Able to travel frequently and possesses own transportation.
