About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team at TIANSHI LOGISTICS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. based at IMS Klang. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for growth and development within our fast-paced organisation.
What you'll be doing
1.Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
2.Manage and develop existing customer accounts, building strong relationships and driving repeat business.
3.Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of any issues or concerns.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
5.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
6.Contribute to the overall sales strategy and provide valuable insights to drive continuous improvement.
7.Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
What we're looking for :
2-3 years of working experience in marketing and Sales roles within International Freight Forwarder or Logistics Industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create and present compelling sales materials.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and inform sales strategies.
Language(s) required : English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Self-motivated, resourceful, resilient and independent.
Possess own transportation.
