Project Management Executive

Qualifications

At least Bachelor's Degree in any field and better with technical background. Requirements : - Preferably with 5 years and above of working experience in project management or equivalent and in Electronic Manufacturing.

• Fluent in speaking and written in both English & Chinese. Job Descriptions : - Manages and Controls ECR & ECO Process from Submitted to Completed.
• Manages Material risky buy process, and handle E&O material disposition.
• Arranges Qual build & Control Run according to build plans.
• Tracks Material readiness with support from SCM.
• Coordinates and communicates cross functions for Qualifying arrangement.
• Quotes build cost according to Qual plan.
• Tracks and reports build status to both team.
• Arrange Samples Shipment.
• Monitor production output achievement & WIP Clearance (sustaining).
• Monitor material / fixture scrap upon customer's approval.
• Tracking shipment & fulfilling order commitments.
• Handle customer complaints (Related to Owing Project).
• Support Customer Visit / Audit.
