Job requirement : -Proven experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital marketing roles (preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors). -Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, particularly on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube -Ability to identify, evaluate, and recruit influencers based on brand fit, audience quality, and engagement -Skilled in negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and tracking campaign expenses -Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Meta Insights, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Google Analytics, or influencer platforms like HypeAuditor, Upfluence) to measure ROI and engagement -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to nurture long-term influencer partnerships -Creative thinking and strategic mindset in experimenting with content styles, formats, and CTA strategies -Ability to analyze influencer campaign performance and provide actionable insights -Strong collaboration skills to work closely with internal teams like social media, content, and design -Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for product seeding, gifting, and campaign tracking -Up-to-date with influencer trends, viral content, and industry benchmarks -Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (if managing local influencers) -A portfolio or examples of past influencer campaign successes is a plus
