Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Analytics & Operations Specialist. This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our marketing department, ensuring that our campaigns are efficient, effective, and ROI‑driven. The ideal candidate will be a spreadsheet wizard with a knack for numbers and a passion for data‑informed decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Operations : Manage all vendor and partnership payments, including processing purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), and invoices.
• Partnerships Reporting : Generate and distribute daily and weekly performance reports for all marketing partnerships.
• Financial Reporting : Track and update the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement on a weekly basis.
• Expense Tracking : Monitor and report on all marketing department expenses.
• ROI Analysis : Calculate and report on the Return on Investment (ROI) for various marketing channels, including podcasts, influencers, and partnerships, on a weekly and monthly basis.
