Responsibilities
- Planning, strategizing, executing and optimizing Social Media campaigns, particularly Facebook & Instagram
- Monitoring of Social Media campaign performances to ensure client KPIs are met
- Preparation of copywriting for client campaigns
- Preparation of visual briefing and liaising with designers
- Assist in preparation of client monthly reports
- Liaise with client for campaign information, strategy, and updates
- Chatbot management and creation
- Freelancer and third party service provider management
- Assisting in monitoring and updating about market trends of various clients’ industries
- All other relevant tasks
Qualifications
