1. Assistant Engineering Manager ( Salary Range : RM8,000 - RM10,000)
Job Description :
Manage proper storage and organization of engineering tools, equipment, chemicals, and spare parts.Coordinate procurement and inventory control with maintenance and project teams.Oversee safe, efficient, and reliable operation of utilities (steam, boiler, compressed air, electricity).Monitor and manage the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to ensure environmental compliance.Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and energy waste.Support and execute facility and engineering upgrade projects within safety, quality, cost, and timeline targets.Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for system upgrades, audits, and compliance.Drive TPM, Lean, and Continuous Improvement initiatives across engineering operations.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Participate in internal and external audits, maintaining accurate engineering documentation.Contribute to root-cause analysis and preventive measures for equipment failuresJob Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).A registered member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).At least 5 years of relevant working experience.Experience in the F&B manufacturing industry is an added advantage.Strong knowledge of utility systems, WWTP operations, and safety regulations .Background in managing engineering stores or maintenance inventories is a plus.Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Independent, proactive, and equipped with strong problem-solving abilities.2. EHS Assistant Manager ( Salary Range : RM7,000 - RM8,000)
Job Description :
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in line with local laws and corporate standards.Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective or preventive actions for identified hazards.Support incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up to prevent recurrence.Coordinate and participate in EHS audits, inspections, and legal compliance reviews.Monitor scheduled waste, workplace safety, and employee health compliance.Liaise with regulatory bodies (DOE, DOSH, MBJB, BOMBA, JBA) and ensure timely report submissions.Manage security and environmental systems, including CCTV, sewage, and waste management.Arrange sampling and testing for environmental and workplace safety compliance.Assist in developing and delivering EHS training to promote safety awareness and best practices.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EHS culture and reduce workplace risks.Job Requirements :
Degree / Diploma in related field.Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment. ( Food manufcaturing background is preferred )Experienced in EHS audits, incident reporting / investigation, sewage / scheduled waste management, and legal compliance.Certified Safety Officer (DOSH Green Book Holder) preferred.Capable of delivering EHS training to promote awareness and compliance.Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations (DOE, DOSH, BOMBA, etc.).Experience in supervising staff.3. EHS Manager ( Salary Range : RM8,500 - RM10,000)
Job Description :
Lead the development and enforcement of EHS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with statutory and corporate standards.Drive continuous improvement to enhance safety performance and strengthen safety culture.Oversee risk assessments, hazard identification, and implementation of control measures.Lead incident investigations, ensure root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Plan and monitor EHS audits, inspections, sewage / scheduled waste, CCTV, enviornmental monitoring, workplace and employee health monitoring, and legal compliance.Act as primary liaison with regulatory bodies (DOE, DOSH, MBJB, BOMBA, JBA) for reporting and compliance.Develop and deliver EHS training to all levels of staff to ensure awareness and compliance.Advise senior management on EHS risks, compliance matters, and resource planning.Lead, mentor, and develop the EHS team to ensure effective program execution.Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field.8–12 years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory / management role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Certified Safety Officer (DOSH Green Book Holder) is preferred.Experienced in Food manufacturing industry is preferred.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to liaise with regulators and senior management.Excellent knowledge of local EHS legislation and international safety standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.For those who have what it takes, please apply online or sent in your profile to :
