    Job Description

    • Lead comprehensive learning needs analyses across multiple markets and translate findings into targeted capability-building programs.
    • Design, implement, and continuously enhance leadership and professional development initiatives, ensuring alignment with evolving business goals and employee feedback.
    • Manage partnerships with external vendors and oversee procurement processes to ensure value and cost efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to measure learning impact and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Partner closely with HR Business Partners to facilitate career discussions and advise on development planning for high-potential talent.
    • Oversee the implementation and tracking of individual development plans, ensuring consistency and adherence to established frameworks.
    • Apply structured, objective methodologies to identify high-potential employees across the region.
    • Facilitate regional talent reviews and succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity and depth of talent.
    • Localize and deploy global standards and best practices where relevant to regional contexts.
    • The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • 12-15 years of proven experience in Talent Development, Learning, or Leadership Development roles.
    • Demonstrated record of designing and implementing impactful development initiatives.
    • Strong design-thinking mindset, capable of creating practical, business-driven learning solutions.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, particularly within large, complex, and technically focused organizations.
