Responsibilities
- Responsible to identify gaps and propose solutions for improvements
- Conduct collection of data to facilitate analysis to ensure root causes are identified and sustainable
- Support the implementation of measurements and reporting systems to track efficiencies
- Work closely with operation team to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met
- Responsible in cost reduction initiative
- Work closely with Data Analyst team on churning the data for analysis
- Provide input and recommendations and implement for continuous improvement in processes and overall improvement initiatives
- To improve process efficiency, manage an end-to-end process excellence initiative (Time, Cost, Customer experience)
- Key focal point for all project related communication with internal and external stakeholders
