Product Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Petaling Jaya. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of software products, define product vision and strategy, and ensure alignment of product goals with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, monitoring market trends, and delivering high‑quality product solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the assigned target is met and maintain profitability of the product to contribute to the company’s overall business.
• Liaise with principal on commercial arrangement.
• Conduct periodical funnel review and quarterly business review with principal.
• Work closely with principal for joint customer visits and follow-up on projects.
• Develop business plan for the assigned product.
• Formulate Go‑to‑market strategies including partner recruitment and enablement plan, marketing plan and resources plan.
• Support and work closely with the Channel team to recruit partners and build focus partners consistently.
• Develop direct contact with end‑user accounts to identify potential opportunities and enhance market awareness of the product among targeted accounts.
• Maintain product and technology knowledge as well as understanding competitor products.
• Provide product training to internal team and partners.
