Workflow and Informatics Specialist, SEA

About the Role

The Workflow and Informatics Specialist, SEA, provides end‑to‑end support to sales, marketing, and post‑sales teams across each SEA country for automation accounts and prospects. Key responsibilities include technical layout preparation, product value proposition, automation forecast planning, and transforming customer voice into effective solutions that meet operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support automation pre‑sales activities.
  • Design automation project management standard work and effective tools for SEA countries.
  • Lead automation project and implementation work.
  • Provide product presentation, demonstration, and training / workshop to customers and internal associates, including channel partners.
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert / consultant for automation and informatics solutions.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or biomedical engineering.
  • Clinical laboratory experience and knowledge of the clinical IT environment in hospitals.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (macros, pivot tables) data analysis, MS Visio process mapping, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Design‑thinking skills with a continuous process‑improvement mindset to foster customer‑focused problem‑solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Travel & Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to travel at least 50%, including international travel.
  • Preferred Experience

  • Lean / Six Sigma experience and certification.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drawing tools.
  • Automation project management experience and familiarity with MS Project or similar project tools.
  • Remote Work Eligibility
