Accounts & Finance :
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory audits, and financial reporting standards.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other regulatory bodies.
- Implement internal controls and cost-saving measures.
Human Resources :
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and staff welfare.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.Organize training, development, and employee engagement activities.Administration :
Oversee office administration, facilities management, and company assets.Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.Support management in strategic planning and operational efficiency.Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc.) is an added advantage.At least 5 years of experience in accounts and HR administration, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, HR practices, and labor laws.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficient in accounting software, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.Job Type : Full-time
