Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager, Sales to support and drive the sales performance at Ardea Sales Gallery. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing guidance to the sales team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and supporting marketing initiatives. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in leading and guiding the sales team’s daily activities and performance for assigned projects.
- Provide coaching, motivation, and support to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Participate in recruitment and training of sales staff when required.
- Support the development and execution of effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely deal closures.
- Track and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout the sales process.Liaise with solicitors and financial institutions on loan applications; knowledge of LPPSA is an added advantage.Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Marketing & Promotions Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to support advertising, roadshows, and promotional activities.Provide input on marketing ideas and initiatives to increase visibility and sales conversion.Training & Development
Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the team.Reporting & Analysis
Prepare timely sales reports for management review.Monitor team performance and recommend areas for improvement.Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.Minimum 4 years of relevant property sales experience, preferably in a similar role.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused.Familiar with property sales processes and loan applications (LPPSA knowledge is an advantage).#J-18808-Ljbffr
