Join to apply for the Senior Coordinator role at VML. This role acts as the key coordination point for multiple senior stakeholders (HODs), ensuring smooth operations, high-quality event execution, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports HODs on Administrative Tasks, including calendar management, meeting setup, travel arrangements, Maconomy (leave application, expense claims, timesheets, department approvals), and ad hoc follow-ups.
• Office Business Travel Arrangement and Booking : plan and execute travel and related arrangements.
• Event Coordination : plan and execute company events, coordinate logistics for events, manage budgets and timelines.
• Administrative Support : liaise with meeting spaces, coordinate vendor gifting, and manage internal / external distribution.
