Taking off quantity and measurement.
To ensure timely evaluation of tender / quotation and award to the respective contractors / sub-contractors / supplier.
Follow up tender documents / quotation and prepare cost comparison for standard items.
To assist in joint site measurement & work done verification.
To liaise and coordinate with project site team on project progress, cost control, variations and contractual matters.
Prepare detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quotations for interior design and renovation projects.
Assist to prepare claims, payments, VOs and others.
Filing documentations, tender & construction drawings. Other related duties as assigned by superior.

Jobs requirement :

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in interior design, renovation, or construction projects or in the related field is required for this position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), costing software or related.

Solid knowledge of material costing, supplier management, and subcontractor negotiation.

Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy with minimum supervision.

Sprit of teamwork with good communication and interpersonal skills.
