Job description
  • Assist supervisor in keying in stock records into the system accurately and promptly.
  • Update incoming and outgoing stock transactions.
  • Follow up with engineers to return unused spare parts to store.
  • Ensure the storeroom is neat, organized, and follows safety / SOP guidelines.
  • Label, arrange, and store items properly to ease tracking and retrieval.
  • Conduct weekly assets check with engineers
  • Check and ensure stock levels do not run low.
  • Alert supervisor in advance when stock is nearing reorder level.
  • Assist Supervisor with ad hoc tacks

    • Job Requirements :

    • Basic computer literacy (MS Excel / stock system entry).
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • Physically able to handle stock movement.
    • Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

      • Job Types : Part-time, Student job

      Pay : RM8.00 per hour

      Expected hours : 20 – 25 per week
