Finance and Accounting Executive will be responsible for managing the full set of account, account receivable and payable process. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Full Set of Accounts
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational needs are met.
- Check and process vendor invoices in SAP system for payment purposes.
- Collaborate with procurement & SCM departments to complete the Intercompany Billing process.
- Proceed with payments using online transfers, BA, Bank Draft or issuing cheques.
- Perform reconciliation by matching payments with vendor invoices (tax invoices, receipts, etc.).
- Process Monthly staff claim & payments.
- Apply prudent accounting concepts by accruing expenses and charging out prepayments.
- Create journal entries, manage Fixed assets, and maintain depreciation schedules.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- SST (Every 2 months) & WHT Tax submission (Monthly).
- Liaise with bankers for all current account, term loans, and banking facility matters.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents during the annual audit.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ad-Hoc Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks related to the Accounts Department, such as arranging couriers for bank cheques and sending invoices & documents.Provide backup support for Account Receivables & team members during their absence.Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department related to account / finance functions.(Apply now at #J-18808-Ljbffr
