Requirements

  • Possess a diploma in administration or any related field.
  • At least 1 year working experience in administrative duties or related field is required for this position.
  • Be responsible and independent.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Required skill(s) : Ms. Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to daily office operations.
  • To handle daily administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents and correspondence.
  • To ensure proper document filing for all related files.
  • To carry out any other clerical responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior.
  • Assist in finance and accounts related affairs.
  • Ensure office area are kept organized and professional.
