Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in any field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with staff, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Display strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues, analyze situations, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork and cooperation among staff members.
  • Assist the Supervisor in overseeing the daily operations of the Baby Sensory center in Puchong, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of Baby Sensory programs and activities, ensuring high-quality delivery and a positive learning experience for babies and toddlers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student enrollment, attendance, and progress, as well as center operations and inventory.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and caregivers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow within the team.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing training to existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in scheduling and managing employee attendance, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication across the organization.
  • Identify and address operational issues, implementing solutions to improve processes and enhance overall performance.
  • Prepare and submit reports on team performance, operational activities, and other relevant metrics to the Supervisor.
