Establish and maintain part numbers and master data for products, raw materials, and molds in the system database.
Coordinate and respond to customer ECN (Engineering Change Notice) requests including preparation of engineering documentation and technical evaluations.
Conduct verification and validation of mechanical and appearance parts including physical properties, dimensional accuracy, and aesthetic requirements.
Manage and maintain the mold inventory management system (setup, basic data maintenance, and record updates).
Support and coordinate inter-company product transfer projects, compile project data, organize meetings, ensure system completeness and assist in product validation and testing.
Develop, improve and standardize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Prepare and maintain process-related documentation, such as work instructions, SOPs, PFMEA, and process flow charts.
Conduct time studies, capacity analysis and process optimization activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance) to resolve process issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Support machine installation, process setup and equipment qualification to ensure readiness for mass production.
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering, production transfer or manufacturing coordination roles.
Hands-on experience in injection molding, tooling / mold management, or plastic component manufacturing is an advantage.
Strong understanding of ECN process, BOM structure, and production process documentation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
