Working Hours : 8 : 30 PM to 8 : 30 AM, Monday to Sunday

Intake : 6 Nov

Each shift duration : 9 hours and 30 minutes, which includes a 1‑hour meal break and a 30‑minute break time.

Key Responsibility

• Provide excellent customer service via phone or email in both Traditional Mandarin and average English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and service‑related questions.
• Manage and resolve issues, including flight bookings, ticketing inquiries, and other travel‑related concerns.
• Process reservations and support tasks related to airline programs and associated products.
• Process transactions and ensure accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
• Utilize company systems to handle customer requests.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure timely resolution and follow‑up on customer concerns.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication at all times.
• Work the assigned midnight shifts and adapt to a flexible working schedule.
