We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and responsible Retail Assistant to join our team. You will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle transactions using a POS system (cash / card payments)
• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards
• Stock and replenish products on shelves
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and effectively
• Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines
• Support team members and contribute to overall store success

Job Types : Permanent, Contract, Internship

Contract length : 6 months

Pay : RM1, RM1,850.00 per month
