Job descriptionStrong skills in architectural drafting and technical drawing using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp). Other softwares are also a plus. Understanding of construction methods, building materials, and industry standards Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret design specifications accurately Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with the design team Problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
The opportunity
Moxtech Bina Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Junior Draftman / Technical to join their dynamic team in Cyberjaya, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's architectural design and drafting efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret project requirements and develop solutions
- Assist in the production of 2D and 3D design models and renderings
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Provide support throughout the design and construction phases of projects
- Maintain organised project documentation and files
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting processes and tools
