Senior Site Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Site Supervisor to join our team at Oriental United Construction Sdn Bhd. As the Senior Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of our construction projects in Rawang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will require your expertise in managing site operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supervising all site activities, including the work of tradespeople, subcontractors and labourers
• Ensuring that project timelines, budgets and quality standards are met
• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise on the construction site
• Conducting regular site inspections and reporting on progress to management
• Enforcing health and safety protocols to protect the wellbeing of all workers
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the site team
• Collaborating with the project management team to optimise site operations
