Global HR Process Owner

The Successful Applicant

• Has at least 10+ years in process governance / ownership under OPEX function or in similar global roles.
• Deep expertise in global process design, governance, and transformation, ideally within HR.
• Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and systems-level problem solving, with the ability to balance global consistency and local relevance.
• Proven experience in leading cross-regional programs, including technology implementations and change management.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, especially at senior leadership levels.
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, ServiceNow) and how they enable process excellence.
• Ability to translate business strategy into operational process design and performance metrics.
• Experience in policy development, compliance oversight, and risk mitigation in a global context.
• Proven ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in using data and feedback to inform end to end process decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
