The Litigation Lawyer is required to have at least 3-4 years' experience in general civil and banking litigation, probate and administration matters. He / She will be responsible to handle tasks assigned, including conducting legal research, preparing motions and conducting hearings.

Career advancement is possible in the near future.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Holds or eligible to hold a Practicing Certificate in Malaysia
• Experience in law and court proceedings
• Proficiency in conducting legal research and preparing motions
• Familiarity with court procedures and documents
• Ability to handle and interact with clients
• Independent, disciplined and has good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under no or very minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good command in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is a plus.
