Job description

In this role you will collaborate directly with the sales division from our Singapore counterpart (Applied Engineering Pte Ltd - SG) to develop sales network in Malaysia and globally. You will be stationed in Simpang Renggam or you may work remotely when necessary. In addition of meeting client on-site, you required to report in Singapore office periodically.

Our key products are pressure vessels and heat exchangers for oil and gas application such as upstream exploration, midstream refineries, petrochemical plants, downstream chemical plants.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Review project specifications, drawing and requirement for costing preparation.
Liaise with the various operational and technical teams to study the feasibility enquiry.
Perform material take-off, sourcing and mechanical calculations.
Follow-up quotes with clients.

Qualifications

Minimum diploma or degree in Engineering or relevant field of study.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, candidates with oil & gas background is preferred.

Good understanding of engineering principles and have good product knowledge.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Have good business acumen.
