JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Strategically plan and coordinate activities across departments to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve on-time order fulfilment.

Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, reducing workplace incidents and ensuring a consistently safe work environment.

Proactively identify and resolve operational issues through data-driven analysis, minimizing disruptions and sustaining optimal performance.

Utilize ERP systems to maintain accurate inventory records, streamline workflows, and improve order processing efficiency.

Oversee operational data to control costs and improve efficiency, contributing to profit goals.

Perform any other tasks assigned by Management to support business goals and improve work processes.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or higher in related field.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.

Advanced team leadership and management skills.

Initiative, responsible and good working attitude.

Able to work well under pressure.
