Job descriptionLiaise with customer on RFQs and confirmation of order. Liaise with supplier for all the purchased items. Follow up with customers for the quotation sent. Liaise with production to ensure smooth delivery for customers’ orders. Report to Head of Sales / General Manager if notice an issue with quotation sent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Experienced in oil & gas industry or gaskets is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers Able to work independently with a fast-paced environment Strong self-learning abilities and a keen interest in continuous development Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); knowledge of ERP systems will be a plus. 5 working days from Monday to Friday (9.00 a.m to 6 p.m) Training and guidance provide Maternity and paternity leave Entry level Full-time Sales and Business Development Industries : Industrial Machinery Manufacturing
