Job description

Senior SEA Technical Recruiter @ RiDiK / CLPS

Develop, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft Campus Solution applications
Design and build system interfaces, reports, and forms based on business needs
Conduct unit / system testing and troubleshoot technical issues
Prepare technical documentation including specs, test scripts, and deployment guides
Collaborate with analysts, architects, and end-users to deliver high-quality solutions
Support data migration, validation, and post-deployment activities

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

3–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development or implementation

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL / PLSQL (Oracle, MS SQL)

Experience with Java, .NET, or scripting languages

Understanding of APIs, system integration, and data transformation

Familiarity with version control and issue tracking tools

Soft Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with student information systems, HRMS, or financial systems

Knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and PeopleTools

Exposure to cloud platforms and middleware tools (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, OIC)
