Site Safety Supervisor / Recruitment Assistant at Kemuncak Lanai Sdn Bhd. BOSIET | AGTES | AESP | OGSP.

Responsibilities

• Firewater & Foam Systems – Design including diagrams, demand calculations, and hydraulics.
• Fire Suppression Systems – Design with diagrams and technical specifications.
• Safety Philosophy – Develop HSE and fire protection approach for offshore / onshore facilities.
• Hazardous Area Classification – Define and document classified zones.
• Passive Fire Protection (PFP) – Prepare specs, schedules, and drawings.
• Safety Specifications – Prepare documents for fire fighting, life-saving equipment, and signage.
• Safety Layouts – Create drawings for escape routes and fire / safety equipment.
• Safety Studies – Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and design / model reviews.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination – Work with other teams during design stages.
• Process Safety Compliance – Ensure design meets safety standards and minimizes risk.
• Project Planning Support – Provide input to schedules, deliverables, and progress.
• Team Supervision – Lead and guide safety design engineers.
• Vendor Oversight – Review and approve supplier documentation.
• Third-Party Management – Coordinate risk assessments and close safety study actions.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all designs follow relevant codes and standards.
• Key Focus Areas Include :
• Fire & Gas system design and mapping
• H2S area classification
• Escape and life-saving systems
• Fire fighting equipment and vendor coordination
• Hazardous area classification
