EPM Scientific is a global leader in clinical research solutions. We are currently looking for a Clinical Trial Manager / Senior Manager based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to design, refine, and implement clinical trial protocols that meet scientific and regulatory standards.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of assigned clinical trials, ensuring compliance with global regulations, company policies, and quality benchmarks.
• Track study progress, proactively identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective solutions to maintain timelines and deliverables.
• Review and analyze trial data to identify patterns, generate insights, and recommend strategies for improving study outcomes and efficiency.
• Serve as a key communication link between internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes to drive efficiency, reduce risk, and support successful trial execution.
